Terms & Conditions

Any individuals who visit this web site or to whom we offer our services to, understands and agrees that all charges are assessed from Limo Fiesta LLC. The client or credit card holder authorizes all unpaid deposits & balances with either verbal or signed acceptance of this contract. The client is financially responsible for any damage to our limousine(s) caused by any member of their party. A minimum charge of $500.00 USD will be charged for damaging or otherwise defacing of the limousine whether inside or outside, including but not limited to excretions of vomit, blood or any other bodily fluids. Service will be immediately terminated due to unruly or illegal behavior without refund. Limo Fiesta LLC is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

Limo Fiesta LLC will not be responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents or unforeseen Acts of God.

All reservations require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit.

Full payment of contract is due if reservation is canceled within 72 hours of service (for charters).

SJC Arrivals:

Due to a new policy at SJC Airport, Limos may no longer do regular curbside pickups at SJC. 

New Designated pick up areas at SJC:

Terminal A:

Please pick up inside the garage on level 2 in front of the elevators next to the stairs.

Terminal B:

Please Pickup in the parking lot next to baggage claim, exit B2.

Procedures for drop offs at SJC will remain the same.

Additional Stops:
For additional stops/visits prior to your destination, if the stop is within the travel route additional fee ($10 to $20 for sedan, $15 to $30 for SUV/Luxury sedan/stretch). If the stop is outside your travel route, the chauffeur will determine the extra fee.

Waiting Time for Passengers:
The chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes for passengers. After the 15 minutes, additional charges will be applied for every half hour from the scheduled pickup time. (Does not apply to Arrivals)

Aditional fees on service to or from a FBO:

Fixed Base Operator, or FBO, refers to the private jet services available at an airport , or it can involve a large facility built specifically for private jet usage,  $24 total for Sedan, $36 total for SUV and Luxury sedan.

After Hours fee for Departures:
Pickups from 10:30PM - 11:59PM are subject to additional fee ($24 total for Sedan, $36 total for SUV/Luxury Sedan/Stretch).
Pickups from 12:00AM - 3:59AM are subject to additional fee ($48 total for Sedan, $72 total for SUV/Luxury Sedan/Stretch).

After-Hour Fee for Arrivals:
To make late arrivals more efficient, Limo Fiesta LLC will change all arrivals from 11:00PM - 00:30AM (applies to vehicle pickup time) to meet and greet (+$24 total) with an additional after hours fee ($24 total for sedan, $36 total for SUV/Luxury Sedan/stretch).

Pickups from 00:31AM - 04:59AM are subject to additional fee ($48 total for Sedan, $72.00 total for SUV/Luxury Sedan/Stretch)

The chauffeur will determine if meet and greet service is necessary.

Vehicle Changes:
Limo Fiesta LLC reserves the right to change vehicle-type consistent with our schedule.

Luggage:
Due to company policy, drivers are not authorized to bring down luggage from multiple floor buildings and are only required to assist clients from the bottom floor to the vehicle. Any exceptions will be determined by management and are subject to a fee per suitcase. 

Tipping guidelines:
Who expects a tip and what is the proper amount?
Tipping is required, but how much is optional on Airport Transfers (20% minimum when the reservation is made on line). Automatic 20% tip on phone reservations apply.
It’s letting the chauffeur know how much you appreciated their service. Make sure good service is rewarded.
How much should I tip a chauffeur?
20% of the total bill is considered the norm.
If the service is better than average, then you could tip 25-30%.

Pick up time modification:
Pick up time can only be changed up to two hours before original pick up time. After that client is subject to wait time based on original pick up time.

Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel at least one day prior as a Courtesy.

Airport/Transfers:
If cancellation is not made at least four hours before scheduled pick-up, passenger will be charged flat rate plus 20% gratuity.

Charters:
If cancellation is not made at least 72 hours before scheduled pick-up, passenger will be charged for full payment of contract plus 20% gratuity.

Important Note About Child Safety Seats

If you are traveling with children we strongly recommend the use of child safety seats. State and local laws require your child(ren) to be secured in a child safety seat, so please bring one. If a child seat is required and not provided by you, we may not be able to provide service.

Pets:
Pets in our vehicles: Pets are allowed only in our SUVs. The only pets permitted are Cats, Dogs, Rabbits and Birds.
The pet must stay in its carrier at all times, and will be transported in the cargo area only.
Combined weight must not exceed 50 pounds and carrier dimensions must not exceed 30"L x 20"W x 24"H

 

Major Holidays extra charges

For Transfers : Double tip for the chauffeur (40% madatory) .

For Charters: Minimum 6 hours rental and no discounts or special promotions apply on this days.

Prom Season: 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturday of May (It only applys to Proms and Stretch Limousines)

Independance Day: July 04

Thanksgiving day: 4th Thursday of November

Christmas Day: 24 + 25 of December

New Year's day: December 31 and January 01

 

Special Event Prices:

Due to Super Bowl 50 being hosted at Levi’s Stadium this year, Limo Fiesta LLC will apply special event rates to all reservations on Jan.29 – Feb.8.  Please call us to 408-210-3002 9am – 6pm PT or email us at info@limofiestallc.com regarding any rate inquiries for your specific situation.
